Operation  Phantom Action has given way to People First, a new initiative to refocus the command climate at Fort Hood. III Corps' Command Sgt. Maj. Cliff Burgoyne returns to the podcast to explain just what "People First" means, and how that's going to happen. Plus, a special appearance from Flermit the Sock and Charlie signs off for the last time.
