Breaking the silence of domestic violence and spreading awareness

In honor of Domestic Violence Awareness month, this week, the crew of the Great Big Podcast sat down with Rhonda Shabazz, victim advocate program manager for the Fort Cavazos Family Advocacy Program and City of Killeen Mayor Debbie Nash-King to discuss the signs of domestic violence, how to recognize them and what support services and resources are available. Mayor Nash-King recounts her personal experience with domestic violence and her journey to becoming a survivor.
